Who Are We?

R2G Construction is a general contracting company which focuses on residential and commercial projects. This will include (but not limited to) new builds, major renovations, restorations, and additions.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for a positive team member who is eager to learn, with a minimum of 4 years of in office, residential construction experience. This person must have a positive framing skillset, and have the ability to work alone or well with others. This applicant should be eager to learn and work with other trades, and can work in a fast paced environment.

What Should You Expect?

You will have full time hours during every season, a positive work environment, and even more perks that come in addition to your wage. We provide room for advancement, and need a reliable team member.



We require you to have the ability to lift 50 lbs or more, and the ability to stand for 8-10 hours per day is also a requirement. Owning your own vehicle is mandatory.

What Does the Pay Look Like?

Your wage is strongly reflective of your experience and will be discussed during the interview process. Benefits in addition to your wage will be discussed after your probationary period.

Days Off?

Our team member will have Friday afternoons, Saturday and Sunday off during the week.
