SRG is seeking an experienced Pipefitting Foreman/General Foreman in the Fort McMurray, AB area to lead and supervise a crew of 4–20 pipefitters in a live plant setting. This is a hands‑on leader role with strong technical knowledge, safety leadership, and the ability to execute work efficiently in an operating facility.

Responsibilities - Supervise and coordinate daily activities of a pipefitting crew (4–10 workers) - Perform work safely and effectively in a live plant setting - Read, interpret, and work from isometric drawings and P&IDs; - Plan job scopes, assign tasks, and ensure work is completed safely and on schedule - Enforce site safety rules, company policies, and industry best practices - Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to crew members - Coordinate with project management, operations,
