Duties

- Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing materials and tools on-site to keep workflows seamless.
- Prepare work areas by cleaning, clearing debris, and setting up equipment as directed.
- Support tradespeople by holding or passing tools, supplies, and materials during various tasks.
- Perform basic construction tasks such as digging, mixing concrete, or assembling structures under supervision.
- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a hazard-free environment for everyone on site.
- Conduct routine inspections of work zones to identify potential hazards or safety concerns.
- Help with site cleanup at the end of each shift to ensure a tidy and safe workspace.

Qualifications





- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods.
- Robust work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
- Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work well within a team.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures relevant to construction or manual labour environments.
- Prior experience in construction or general labour is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for success in this role.
