Duties
- Perform interior and exterior residential maintenance
- Follow specific instructions and specifications provided by client
- Use hand tools and equipment to complete painting tasks
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment
- Ensure work area is clean and organized at all times
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a laborer/handyman preferred
- Experience with different tools and equipment
- Ability to communicate effectively with client
- Fast paced and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Ability to interact with client in a professional manner
