The ideal candidate is physically fit, comfortable with heavy lifting, works well independently and as part of a team, and takes pride in providing dependable service to our customers. Experience operating vehicles, dump trailers, and related equipment is an asset, but a willingness to learn and follow proper safety procedures is essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Safely load, transport, and unload unwanted furniture items, garbage, debris, and other materials.
- Perform heavy lifting and removal of furniture, appliances, construction debris, household waste, organic materials, and other bulky items.
- Assist with property cleanouts, eviction cleanouts, and other specialized removal projects.
- Identify, handle, and dispose of hazardous or potentially dangerous materials in accordance with company procedures and applicable safety regulations.
- Operate and maintain company vehicles,



dump trailers, and equipment safely and responsibly, where trained and authorized.
- Provide professional, courteous customer service and help ensure a positive client experience.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas, including the proper use and care of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Follow all company health and safety procedures to minimize risks, prevent injuries, and protect coworkers, customers, and the public.
- Work collaboratively with team members while demonstrating initiative and the ability to work independently when required.

Key Job Requirements Before Applying!

- Valid driver's license required. Candidates must provide a satisfactory driver's abstract and a criminal record check before employment.
- Driving experience preferred. Experience operating a truck and hauling a dump trailer is an asset. Training may be provided to the right candidate.
- Relevant experience is an asset. Previous work in junk removal, waste management, construction, trailer loading and unloading, dump sites, or general labor is beneficial.
- Comfortable handling challenging cleanouts. Must be willing to assist with property cleanouts involving large volumes of garbage, compost, unpleasant conditions, and potentially hazardous materials, following proper safety procedures and using appropriate PPE.




- Comfortable working around pests. Some job sites may have insects, rodents, or other pest-related conditions. Candidates must be prepared to work in these environments while following appropriate safety precautions.
- Physically capable. Must be able to regularly lift and carry items weighing approximately 35–100 lbs, with assistance or appropriate lifting equipment used for heavier or awkward items.
- Adaptable to different working conditions. Must be comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and dusty or cluttered environments.
- Safety-conscious and dependable. Must follow company procedures, use equipment responsibly, and demonstrate good judgment when handling heavy items and potentially unsafe materials.

- Ability to work independently for a few hours on Sundays.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly in English.
- Must provide and maintain appropriate work gear, including work boots, warm clothing, rain gear, and garbage-resistant work gloves.
