Hours: Day Shift: 8 am to 5 pm

Wage: $ 21 - $ 30/hr

The successful candidates would be self-motivated, possess strong learning agility and a passion to pursue a meat cutter career. The candidate will effectively maintain consistent standards and a quality product.

What You’ll Do Production & Processing

- Perform kill floor/harvesting duties
- Cutting, trimming, deboning, and similar duties as needed
- Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality and safety

What You Bring

- Comfortable working with raw beef, pork, and chicken
- Able to stand, focus, and repeat tasks with consistency
- Thrive under pressure and tight timelines
- Ability to lift 50 lbs

The Work Environment

- Cold/refrigerated production floor
- Fast-paced, physically demanding work
- Repetitive hand use: grasping, pushing, pulling, fine manipulation

Key Responsibilities

- Debones standard cuts of meat
- Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat
- Ensures product quality




- Maintains a clean environment and follows all food safety rules and regulations
- All other duties as assigned by Management

Requirements

- Must be able to attend our 5 day basic training course in person
- Knife experience is an asset
- Comfortable working with raw meat products (beef, pork, chicken)
- Ability to stand and perform repetitive work for extended periods of time
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Comfortable with assisting other departments as necessary

Working Conditions and Environment

- Abattoir, packaging and food manufacturing plant and retail stores
- Physically demanding and fast-paced work environment
- Refrigerated (cold) environment
- Repetitive use of hands for grasping, pushing, pulling and fine manipulation
