As a key contributor to the customer experience, your role will be to:

- establish annual business development plans, in collaboration with head office
- promote and share the establishment’s strategic orientations, positioning, and values with employees
- manage the planning of the budget and financial situation for the establishment
- ensure customer satisfaction and the quality of the St-Hubert customer experience, and implement measures aimed at increasing employee accountability
- establish communication mechanisms for all personnel and host certain meetings
- manage the performance appreciation program
- foster the development of internal succession




- implement all measures required to optimize employee loyalty
- select and train the members of the management team
- ensure that national, regional, and local marketing programs are implemented
- oversee the quality, service, and cleanliness of the establishment
- on occasion, represent the establishment and network to the public and to various business associations
- through your attitude, convey St-Hubert’s principles of integrity and professionalism
