Gorilla Property Services is a growing exterior property maintenance company serving North Vancouver and the surrounding area. We’re currently looking for motivated, reliable people to join our crew as Exterior Cleaning Technicians.

No previous exterior cleaning experience is required — we provide hands-on training. If you’re comfortable working outdoors, enjoy physical work, and want to learn a skilled trade, we’d like to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

Our technicians work on a variety of residential, strata, and commercial properties performing services including:

- Window cleaning
- Pressure washing
- Soft washing and building washing
- Gutter cleaning
- Roof cleaning and moss removal
- Graffiti removal
- Seasonal snow removal and salting
- General exterior property maintenance

Every day is a little different, and you'll have the opportunity to learn multiple exterior cleaning techniques and equipment.

We're looking for people who are:
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to work
- Positive and comfortable working as part of a team
- Physically fit and comfortable with an active outdoor job
- Comfortable working from ladders and at heights
- Detail-oriented and take pride in their work
- Willing to learn recent skills and techniques




- Able to work outdoors in changing weather conditions

Previous experience is not required. A valid driver's licence is preferred and may provide additional opportunities within the company.
