Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Boutique Manager to lead and oversee all operations within our retail boutique. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, managing a motivated team, and ensuring the store's sales and operational goals are achieved. As the face of our brand, you will create an inviting shopping environment, manage daily store activities, and drive business growth through effective merchandising, team leadership, and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

- Lead daily store operations, ensuring smooth functioning of sales, customer service, and administrative tasks.
- Manage and motivate the sales team through coaching, training, and performance evaluations to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Oversee merchandising strategies to optimize product presentation, pricing, and inventory levels in alignment with brand standards.
- Handle all aspects of store management including budgeting, payroll processing, cash handling, and bookkeeping to maintain financial accuracy.
- Implement effective marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing clientele.
- Conduct recruiting efforts by interviewing candidates, onboarding new staff, and supporting their ongoing development.
- Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for transactions, inventory management,



and sales reporting to ensure operational efficiency.
- Maintain excellent communication skills with team members and customers to foster a welcoming environment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while supervising store cleanliness and organization.
- Manage purchasing decisions by evaluating supplier options and negotiating favorable terms for products and services.

Experience

- Proven supervisory or managerial experience in retail or boutique environments with a strong background in retail sales management.
- Demonstrated skills in negotiation, merchandising, pricing strategies, and sales techniques.
- Experience with recruiting, training & development of staff, as well as team management capabilities.
- Proficiency in POS systems, cash handling procedures, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are preferred to effectively communicate with diverse customer bases.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently across multiple responsibilities.
- Previous experience in budgeting, payroll processing, marketing initiatives, and store management is highly desirable.
