About Chantilly Forever FC Academy

Chantilly Forever FC Academy is a growing soccer organization based in Hamilton, Ontario, dedicated to player development, community engagement, and providing a positive environment for athletes to learn and grow. Our development pathway supports players from grassroots soccer through competitive levels and beyond.

We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate Grassroots Soccer Coaches to join our coaching staff and help develop the next generation of soccer players.

Job Overview The successful candidate will work with young players in our grassroots programs, focusing on fundamental soccer skills, coordination, confidence, teamwork, and a love for the game. We are seeking coaches who can create engaging, age-appropriate training sessions in a positive and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver fun, engaging, and age-appropriate soccer training sessions.
- Teach fundamental soccer skills, including passing, dribbling, shooting, ball control, and movement.
- Develop players' confidence, coordination, decision-making, and understanding of the game.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and safe training environment for all players.
- Encourage sportsmanship, teamwork, discipline, and respect.
- Communicate professionally with parents, players, and club staff.
- Arrive on time and be prepared for all assigned training sessions and activities.
- Follow club policies, player safety standards, and applicable Ontario Soccer requirements.

Qualifications
- Previous soccer coaching or playing experience is an asset.
- Experience working with children and youth is preferred.
- Ontario Soccer coaching courses or certifications, such as FUNdamentals, Learn to Train,



or equivalent qualifications, are an asset.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, patient, dependable, and passionate about youth development.
- Ability to create a fun, structured, and engaging learning environment.
- A valid Vulnerable Sector Check and required safeguarding certifications, or willingness to obtain them, as applicable.

Schedule and Location
- Part-time coaching opportunities.
- Evening and/or weekend availability may be required.
- Training locations are in Hamilton and surrounding areas.
- Schedule and assigned age groups will be discussed during the hiring process.
