Duties

- Prepare and cook a variety of grilled foods according to recipes and quality standards

- Maintain cleanliness of the grill station, utensils, and work area throughout shifts
- Serve food promptly and courteously to guests, ensuring a positive dining experience
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to guarantee food safety and optimal flavor




- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and delivery during busy hours

Experience

- Prior food service or restaurant experience, particularly in grilling or kitchen roles
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
- Experience in meal preparation and cooking in a fast-paced setting
- Familiarity with the food industry’s best practices for cleanliness and hygiene
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward guest service and collaboration
