Growcer in Ottawa, ON is hiring a Business Development Lead to own the top of the sales funnel. You’ll turn outreach, events and inbound interest into discovery meetings and qualified opportunities for our Account Executives.
You’ll work with Communities, Schools, Hospitals and Nonprofits and navigate long multi-stakeholder cycles. Travel ~30% and English required; French is a plus. This role offers CAD 120k OTE and a transparent path to an Account Executive position.
