League is recruiting a senior growth marketer to redefine its demand generation engine. You’ll own the budget, team, and direct access to leadership to drive enterprise-scale campaigns in healthcare tech marketing. This is a builder role with equal emphasis on strategy and execution.

You’ll market into payer and provider segments, rebuilding the MarTech stack with agentic AI workflows, and partnering with Sales, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations to optimize pipeline and outcomes.
