Lucere Dermatology & Laser Clinic is looking for enthusiastic, skilled, and motivated individuals to join our Guest Experience Team!

As a Guest Experience Coordinator, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and seamless experience for our guests, both in person and over the phone. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and has a passion for customer service and sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional guest service in person, over the phone, and through text communications.
- Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, payments, and appointment scheduling.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, guest inquiries, and appointment follow-ups.
- Convert inquiries into booked consultations and treatments.
- Support guest retention, rebooking, and appointment optimization.
- Promote skincare products, treatments, and retail sales.
- Provide administrative support and coordinate with clinic management and providers.
- Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming clinic environment.

Qualifications

- 5+ years of customer service experience.
- 3+ years of sales experience.
- 1+ year of call centre experience.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Professional, positive, and confident personality.




- Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working toward booking and sales goals.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and appointment scheduling systems (Healthquest, Zenoti, etc..)
- Availability for rotating evening and weekend shifts.
- Experience in beauty, skincare, medical aesthetics, luxury retail, or hospitality is an asset.
