In this energetic role, you will deliver exceptional guest services, manage front desk operations, and ensure every visitor feels valued and cared for. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create memorable stays and foster positive guest relations.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures using property management system.
- Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer service problem-solving skills
- Manage reservations efficiently through hospitality reservation systems, ensuring accuracy and special requests are accommodated
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences
- Respond promptly to guest concerns or emergencies following hotel emergency procedures, maintaining composure and delivering solutions that exceed expectations




- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, complaints, and resolutions to support continuous improvement efforts

Qualifications

- Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating positive guest experiences
- Familiarity with property management systems (PMS).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone manner
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
