We are presently searching for Front Desk and Guest Service team members to join our team of hospitality professionals for the upcoming ski season!

Overview

Join our dynamic Front Office department, where your enthusiasm and hospitality skills will create memorable experiences for every guest. We are presently searching for a variety of roles (permanent, seasonal, full time and part time) as we head towards our annual ski season!

The Front Office Team is vital in delivering exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, providing Guest Service assistance, and ensuring a welcoming and friendly environment. Whether you’re multilingual or bilingual,



your ability to communicate effectively across diverse guest profiles will be highly valued. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality expertise while making a positive impact on our guests’ stay.

Available roles:

- Front Desk Supervisor - $24 per hour
- Front Desk Agent - $20 per hour
- Guest Services Agent - $21 per hour

FRONT OFFICE RESPONSIBLITIES

- Greet and assist guests with a warm, professional attitude
- Responding to guest inquiries via telephone and email.
- Check guests in and out, verifying reservations and processing payments accurately
- Provide detailed information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Handle any guest concerns or complaints promptly
- Follow policies and procedures associated with your role
- Assist guests with their skis, snowboards and luggage
- Assist with guest arrivals and departures

EXPERIENCE:





- Previous experience in hotel front desk or guest services roles preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates
- Robust customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions
- A variety of languages are highly desirable to serve our diverse clientele effectively
- Familiarity with front desk software is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills and professionalism
- Previous experience in hotel operations or hospitality industry enhances your ability to excel in this role
