Responsibilities

- Deliver qualified hair styling services including cuts, color, styling, and treatments tailored to each client’s preferences and needs
- Provide outstanding customer service by listening carefully, offering expert advice, and ensuring a positive salon experience
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards to ensure a secure and hygienic environment for clients and staff
- Upsell retail products such as hair care items to enhance client results and boost sales
- Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling payments efficiently
- Communicate clearly with clients about service options, aftercare instructions, and product recommendations
- Assist in maintaining the salon’s organized appearance and stock levels of supplies

Qualifications





- Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio of work demonstrating versatility and skill
- Excellent communication skills to connect with clients and understand their desired outcomes
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety standards within a salon environment
- Ability to upsell retail products confidently while prioritizing client satisfaction
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Experience with retail sales and front desk operations is a plus but not required
- Valid cosmetology or hairstylist license as per local regulations
