About Us

Wink Property Management Inc. manages residential properties and provides mortgage enforcement support for owners, lenders and law firms. We operate with the discretion, documentation discipline, and responsiveness that solicitors and lenders demand, every time. As we grow, we are looking for a reliable, hands-on maintenance technician who takes pride in leaving a unit in ideal condition.

The Role

You'll inspect and perform minor repairs, handle turnover work, and keep units market ready. This is a full-time, hands-on position with varied days across multiple properties, and hours depending on work load.

General Responsibilities

- Complete property inspections and document condition with photos and written reports.
- Perform clear-outs of vacated units, including removal and disposal of left-behind items.
- Change and rekey locks to secure properties.
- Carry out scrub-and-shine cleaning to get units market ready.
- Handle minor repairs and general handyman tasks (patching, fixtures, hardware, touch-ups).
- Grass Cutting and Minor snow clearing
- Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, and property damage promptly and with full integrity.
- Connect with third party contractors for larger repairs and receive quotes.
- Attend Sheriff Evictions and secure properties

Requirements

- Full time availability, including flexibility for urgent turnovers. Weekend work may be required.
- Proven handyman or general property maintenance experience.
- Comfortable with lock changes and basic hand and power tools.
- Able to lift heavy items and work on your feet for long periods.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong attention to detail and good time management.
- Able to use a smartphone for photos and uploading inspection reports.
- Professional, dependable, and able to work independently.
- Must have own tools and vehicle to accommodate. (Vehicle/mileage allowance can be discussed).

Nice to Have

- Property management, janitorial, or handyman experience.
