About The Role
Support enterprise hospitality rollouts by installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining CulinaOS hardware stacks with high uptime expectations.
What You'll Do
- - Install and configure POS terminals, printers, and kitchen displays.
- - Diagnose network and device issues at customer locations.
- - Coordinate with software teams for cross-layer issue resolution.
- - Maintain service quality documentation and incident reporting.
What We're Looking For
- - Hands-on experience with POS, network, and peripheral hardware.
- - Comfort operating in fast-paced on-site support environments.
- - Robust communication with customer and internal teams.
- - Willingness to travel within assigned support zones.
