LOFT Community Services in Toronto is seeking a Coordinator to lead harm reduction and outreach services across the McEwan Housing & Support Services. You will supervise day-to-day operations, guide staff, maintain documentation, and build relationships with partners and residents.

The role focuses on empowering clients, coordinating care, and ensuring high-quality program delivery in a 24/7 supported housing setting. A degree in health/social services and 5+ years’ experience are expected.
