Head of Marketing at Globaltize (Internal Role)

Are you a strategic, hands-on marketer who knows how to turn positioning, creative, funnels, and data into predictable growth?

Globaltize is a fast-growing international recruitment company that helps businesses hire top global talent. We are looking for a Head of Marketing to lead our strategy across paid acquisition, creative direction, direct response, content, lifecycle marketing, and organic growth.

This role is for someone who understands how markets think, how messaging changes based on audience awareness, and how to turn those insights into campaigns that generate qualified leads and revenue.

Position : Head of Marketing

Experience : 5+ years in growth marketing, direct response, creative strategy, or a similar role

Job Type : Full-time, 40 hours per week, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern

Location : Fully Remote

Pay : Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications

WHO YOU ARE

- Marketer First: You think beyond platform tactics and can identify problems across the market, offer, audience, messaging, creative, funnel, follow-up, and sales handoff.
- Full-Funnel Thinker: You understand market awareness, market sophistication, buyer psychology, and how to move prospects from their first interaction through conversion and retention.
- Direct-Response and Creative Strategist: You understand offers, hooks, copywriting, landing pages, UGC scripts, creative briefs, and structured testing.
- Data-Driven: You evaluate attribution, lead quality, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, pipeline, and revenue, not just clicks or surface-level metrics.
- Paid Acquisition Fluent: You understand Meta Ads and other paid channels well enough to oversee campaigns, guide testing, and make informed budget decisions. This is not primarily a media buying role.
- Strong Content Marketer: You can write and improve newsletters, social media posts, blog content, video scripts,



YouTube content, ad copy, emails, and landing pages.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Own and lead Globaltize’s overall marketing strategy, priorities, campaign calendar, and growth roadmap.
- Define and refine our positioning, offers, value propositions, and core messaging across different audience awareness levels.
- Lead creative strategy for paid advertising and organic content, including concepts, hooks, angles, scripts, briefs, testing plans, and working with UGC creators.
- Work with our developers to build and optimize lead-generation funnels, landing pages, forms, nurture sequences, and conversion paths.
- Use HYROS, HubSpot, and other data sources to determine which campaigns, creatives, messages, and lead sources generate qualified opportunities and revenue.
- Work with Revenue Operations and Sales on CRM segmentation, lead nurturing, reactivation, upsells, referrals, and generating additional revenue from existing leads and clients.
- Plan and send newsletters, lifecycle campaigns, nurture sequences, and re-engagement campaigns.
- Media Buying Meta Ads
- Set blog and SEO priorities while working closely with our SEO specialists to align content with our services, target markets, and revenue goals.
- Improve website messaging and conversion rates by testing headlines, offers, page structures, social proof, and calls to action.
- Maintain a structured testing roadmap and report on pipeline, booked calls, customer acquisition costs, conversion rates, revenue, and messaging insights.
