Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Heavy Duty Mechanic to join our team. This is a mobile position, requiring the mechanic to travel to various work sites to perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on trucks and heavy duty equipment. A fully equipped service vehicle and tools will be provided to support you in completing your work efficiently and safely. Pay based on experience and credentials

Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose, repair, and maintain semi-trucks and heavy-duty equipment.
- Perform inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Respond to service calls and complete repairs on-site in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and services completed.
- Operate service truck and manage tools, equipment, and inventory.

Qualifications:





- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Must have Heavy Mechanical Trades Level 3 completed or in process to complete
- Proven experience with semi trucks and heavy equipment repair
- Solid problem solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Welding and fabrication skills are an asset.
- Physically fit and capable of handling demanding repair work in field conditions.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Pay: $28.00-$40.00 per hour
