We are looking for an experienced Class 1 truck driver for local work. You will be driving a truck pulling a 53-foot dry van trailer, making deliveries in the morning and pickups in the afternoon. Some days will also include trailer swaps.

Job Details:

- Local work only – no long-distance driving
- Monday to Friday, with weekends off
- Approximately 9–10 hours per day
- Steady, year-round work with no slowdowns during winter
- Morning deliveries, afternoon pickups, and occasional trailer swaps
- Immediate start required

Requirements:

- Must have a valid Class 1 driver's licence.
- Must have strong experience backing up a 53-foot trailer. This is a must-have requirement. You need to be comfortable backing into loading docks, tight spaces, and busy delivery locations.




- Must be comfortable driving a tractor-trailer in city traffic and handling different delivery locations.
- LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) experience is an asset, as you may be making multiple deliveries and pickups throughout the day.
- Experience with multi-stop routes is preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of the local city roads and industrial areas is an asset.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
