Responsibilities
- Construct wood framing for walls, floors, and roofs
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Measure, cut, and assemble materials accurately
- Work safely with hand and power tools
- Follow site safety procedures and company standards
- Work efficiently as part of a team to meet project deadlines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements
- Experience in residential or commercial framing
- Ability to read basic plans and layouts
- Physically capable of lifting, bending, climbing, and working at heights
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
