Key Responsibilities

- Deliver a high-energy, professional, and welcoming experience every shift
- Make every guest feel like a regular—even on their first visit
- Stay sharp, organized, and service-focused in a busy setting
- Take orders and provide knowledgeable menu, beverage, promotional and features recommendations
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and accurately
- Maintain your area organized and to a high standard
- Process payments and handle cash/POS transactions
- Follow Smart Serve and responsible alochol service requirements
- Work cohesively with both the kitchen and food and beverage team
- Assist with opening and closing duties

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a high-volume casual restaurant or bar (hotel experience is a strong asset)
- Confident beer, wine, and cocktail knowledge - knows how to upsell
- An outgoing, team first, upbeat personality—you’re someone who naturally engages with guests




- The ability to work both independently (must be comfortable managing busy dining room and bar solo) and as part of a tight-knit team
- A calm, focused approach under pressure - must be able to multitask in a high-volume service
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays

Compensation

- Expected Wage: $18.50 - $19.00 per hour
