Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly with enthusiasm and professionalism, setting a positive tone for their visit
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to minimize wait times and optimize table turnover
- Assist servers and kitchen staff by coordinating food orders, ensuring timely delivery and proper presentation
- Support food preparation and plating to uphold quality standards and presentation excellence
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including clearing tables, resetting stations, and sanitizing surfaces in accordance with food safety guidelines
- Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for order entry and cash handling accurately during guest transactions
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns promptly,



and ensuring overall satisfaction

Experience

- Prior food service experience or restaurant background is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is key
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse guests
- Experience in food handling, meal preparation, or serving enhances your ability to support the team effectively
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or cashiering experience is advantageous
- Knowledge of food safety standards and cleaning procedures ensures a protected environment for all guests and staff
- Previous hotel or barista experience can be a plus, demonstrating versatility in hospitality roles
- Excellent communication skills combined with a friendly attitude will help you excel in this energetic role
