Duties

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently using POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth flow of guests and timely seating
- Answer incoming phone calls with courteous phone etiquette, providing information or assistance as needed
- Assist guests with special requests or inquiries, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and waiting areas to uphold a welcoming atmosphere




- Support the team during busy periods by managing waitlists and communicating wait times clearly
- Assist guests with questions, seating, and VIP booth inquiries.
- Work closely with bartenders, security, and management to provide excellent customer service.

Skills

- Solid guest services and customer service skills with a positive, energetic attitude
- Previous experience in serving, hospitality, or food service environments preferred
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Professional phone etiquette for handling reservations and guest inquiries
- 19 years of age or older.

Pay: $18.25-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8.0 – 16.0 per week
