Hello, Holiday Hero

Miracle is Toronto's original and busiest Christmas cocktail bar, and this is our tenth year of covering every possible surface in tinsel, twinkle lights and questionable vintage ornaments. Last season more than 40,000 merry guests squeezed into our Bloor and Harbourfront bars, and this year we are going even bigger. We are not a classy, curated, minimalist holiday bar. We are the bar your aunt would build if she had unlimited garland and zero restraint, and we love it that way.

About the Role

You are the very first sprinkle of magic every guest experiences at Miracle. You will welcome everyone at the door like long-lost family arriving for the holidays, run reservations and the walk-in waitlist in SevenRooms, and pace the room beautifully on nights when the line is wrapped around the block. When things get hectic, you stay as calm and bright as a freshly lit tree, and you send every guest home feeling like they were on the nice list.

You Will Fit Right In If

- You have at least 4 years of front of house experience in a high-volume bar and you can charm a crowded doorway with ease
- You have SevenRooms experience, including reservation and waitlist management
- You hold a valid Smart Serve certification
- You have a warm,



sparkling personality that makes strangers feel like friends
- You are available a minimum of 3 days per week, including evenings, weekends and the December holiday rush
- You are legally eligible to work in Canada
- You are 19 or older for our Bloor location
- You love Christmas wholeheartedly, unironically and without a single doubt (Grinches need not apply)

The Goods

- $19.00 per hour plus pooled tips, distributed through Atlas
- Bi-weekly pay
- Part-time to full-time hours
- Team start date of November 9, with orientation and paperwork beforehand, and our doors swing open to the public on November 20
- Late nights until 2am on Fridays and Saturdays, plus weekend morning brunch shifts with the big man himself at Harbourfront
