Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly with genuine enthusiasm and a friendly demeanor, making them feel valued from the moment they arrive
- Manage reservations efficiently using RESY to optimize seating arrangements and reduce wait times
- Escort guests to their tables, providing menus and any additional information needed
- Maintain a clean and organized host stand, ensuring all materials are stocked and ready for service
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to communicate guest needs and seating availability promptly




- Answer incoming phone calls with skilled phone etiquette, assisting with reservations or general inquiries
- Support the overall flow of the restaurant by monitoring waitlists and managing guest expectations with clear communication

Skills

- Exceptional guest services skills with a warm, approachable attitude
- Proven experience in serving or hospitality roles, demonstrating strong customer service capabilities
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests, team members, and management
- Knowledge of food service operations and restaurant procedures to assist in smooth service delivery
- Strong organizational skills to manage reservations, seating charts, and guest flow efficiently
- Ability to handle phone inquiries professionally while maintaining a positive attitude
