Position Summary

We are seeking friendly and energetic Hosts/Hostesses to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. No prior experience is needed - we will provide training. If you are outgoing, reliable, and enjoy working with people, this is a great opportunity to start your career in the restaurant industry.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service

Greet and welcome every guest warmly as they arrive.

Manage the seating chart and waitlist, and seat guests in an organized and fair manner.

Answer phones promptly and assist with reservations and guest inquiries.

Provide menu information and general information about the restaurant.

Coordinate with servers and management to ensure smooth seating and service flow.

Operations & Teamwork:

Keep the host station, entrance area, and menus clean, organized, and stocked.

Support the team with light side duties as needed (e.g.,



rolling cutlery, restocking).

Maintain a professional and positive attitude during busy periods.

Collaborate effectively with all team members to ensure a smooth and efficient service flow.

Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Requirements

No prior experience needed - training will be provided.

A friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for hospitality.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

A team-oriented mindset and a professional demeanor.

Smart Serve certification is an asset (not required).
