- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries and directing calls promptly.
- Check guests in and out accurately using hotel management software, ensuring smooth transitions.
- Handle guest requests and concerns with courtesy and urgency, resolving issues to maximize satisfaction.
- Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and billing details while adhering to privacy policies.




- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards.

Qualifications

- Proven experience working at a hotel front desk or in a customer service role within the hospitality industry.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse guest populations effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette skills combined with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated knowledge of front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, and guest services procedures.
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service with a friendly, energetic attitude.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
- Previous hotel experience is a plus but not mandatory; eagerness to learn is essential.
