Overview

We are seeking a skilled Hotel Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our hotel. This role involves performing preventative maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting across various systems to provide a secure, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for guests and staff.

Responsibilities

- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and building infrastructure
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime
- Coordinate with hotel management to prioritize maintenance requests and projects
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes
- Assist in planning long-term facility upgrades or renovations

This position is integral to maintaining the high standards of our hotel facilities, ensuring safety, functionality, and guest satisfaction through expert maintenance practices. Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
