Duties

- Water plants, tend to gardens, or handle light household chores to maintain the home's appearance
- Collect mail, packages, or newspapers to prevent accumulation and alert homeowners of deliveries
- Respond promptly to any emergencies or unusual activities by contacting appropriate authorities or homeowners
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the residence during the stay
- Keep detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, or maintenance issues for homeowner review
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Reliable, responsible, and trustworthy with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and handle unexpected situations calmly
- Previous experience in house sitting, pet care, or property management is a plus but not required
