About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented, and dependable Housekeeper to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming home environment for our elderly residents. The ideal candidate takes pride in high standards of cleanliness, possesses a warm and respectful demeanor, and understands the unique needs of a senior living community.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform routine cleaning of resident rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and sanitizing bathrooms.

- Ensure common areas, lounges, dining rooms, hallways, and activity spaces are clean, tidy, and free of safety hazards at all times.

- Follow strict health, safety, and sanitation guidelines (including proper chemical handling and PPE use) to prevent the spread of illness.





- Empty trash receptacles and maintain clean waste-handling areas.

- Interact politely, respectfully, and patiently with residents, keeping a friendly eye out for their comfort and reporting any maintenance or wellness concerns to management.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience, preferably within a healthcare, long-term care, or retirement residence setting.

- Clear vulnerable sector screening / police background check required.

- Warm, empathetic, and patient communication style suited for working around seniors.

- Robust work ethic, punctuality, and dependability.

Pay: From $18.34 per hour
