We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment in residential settings. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Previous experience in hospitality or residential cleaning is preferred but not mandatory. Fluency in English is required. The Housekeeper will play a vital role in ensuring our clients’ homes are comfortable and well-maintained.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of hotel spaces, including Guest rooms, bathrooms, and living areas
- Assist laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and household essentials, restocking as necessary
- Organize and manage time efficiently to complete all assigned tasks within scheduled hours
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client requests and ensuring their satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific needs and preferences
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout all areas of the home
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a professional appearance at all times
Requirements
- Fluency in English
- Prior experience in hospitality services preferred
- Solid organizational skills with excellent time management abilities
- Ability to perform cleaning tasks thoroughly and efficiently
- Good communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
- Ability to handle laundry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Demonstrated customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor
- Reliable transportation or access to reliable transportation for commuting purposes
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $18.50-$20.50 per hour
