Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper/Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and comfort of our home. This position is a long term position and are replacing our housekeeper of many years. n this role, you will ensure our home is kept clean and organized on a day to day basis. We have 6 children and need you to be comfortable cleaning up messes and folding/putting away lots of laundry:).

We will train you with everything you need to know. (This job is not a cash job- regular weekly salary, declared)

Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning of our home, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and common areas
- Manage laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
- Communicate effectively with us to understand our specific needs and preferences
- Ensure timely completion of cleaning tasks according to scheduled routines




- Support with light meal preparation if required. Will train if needed. No experience in this area needed.

Experience

- Prior experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Basic command of English is essential
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, laundry procedures, and basic hospitality practices is advantageous

Expected hours: 27.0 per week
