Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces according to established standards
- Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize surfaces to maintain a spotless environment
- Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, and cleaning materials to ensure availability for guests and staff
- Report any maintenance issues or damages discovered during cleaning to the appropriate department promptly
- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning equipment properly to prevent accidents or injuries
- Adhere to health and sanitation regulations to uphold hygiene standards at all times




- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as needed to maintain facility excellence

Skills

- Prior custodial or cleaning experience preferred, especially in commercial or hospitality settings
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality cleanliness standards
- Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments
- Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks throughout shifts
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes
