As an Housekeeping Attendant, you will be a vital part of our team, ensuring every guest room and public area meets our high standards of cleanliness and comfort, contributing directly to our reputation for outstanding hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

- Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms, to established standards.
- Replenish guest room amenities and supplies, ensuring all items are well-stocked and neatly arranged.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged items promptly to supervision for resolution.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries in a friendly and efficient manner, prioritizing guest satisfaction.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and chemical handling procedures, utilizing personal protective equipment as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts, storage areas, and linen closets.
- Assist with laundry duties, including sorting, washing, and folding linens, as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless guest service and operational efficiency.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.




- Must be a resident or have a valid work permit.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Physical ability to stand, bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 pounds regularly throughout a shift.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service-oriented role.
- Familiarity with basic cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Basic understanding of hospitality operations.
