Key Responsibilities:

Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to established hotel standards.

Make beds, change linens, clean bathrooms, vacuum, dust, and replenish guest supplies.

Ensure guest rooms are clean, organized, and properly maintained.

Inspect assigned rooms and report maintenance issues, damages, missing items, or other concerns to the Housekeeping Supervisor.

Follow all housekeeping procedures, hotel standards, and health and safety requirements.

Properly use and maintain housekeeping equipment and cleaning supplies.

Keep housekeeping carts and work areas clean and organized.

Respect guest privacy and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Respond to guest requests in a courteous and professional manner.

Complete assigned rooms within expected time and quality standards.

Work closely with the Housekeeping Supervisor and other team members.

Perform other housekeeping duties as assigned.

Qualifications:





Previous hotel or housekeeping experience is considered an asset.

Previous Room Attendant experience is an asset.

Solid attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good time-management and organizational skills.

Ability to follow instructions and established procedures.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Reliable, punctual, and professional.

Good customer-service skills and a positive attitude.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.

Ability to lift and move housekeeping supplies and equipment as required.
