Sojourn House in Toronto is seeking a People Services Associate on an 18-month full time contract to deliver HR services across the organization, supporting managers, employees and volunteers within an anti-oppression framework.

You will handle recruitment and onboarding, HRIS administration (BambooHR), leaves and attendance, performance management, reporting and special projects, contributing to a positive employee experience across locations.
