Irving Oil is seeking an HR Governance and Risk Analyst to support the development, execution, and continuous improvement of HR governance, compliance, and risk management programs. You will work with HR, Legal, Compliance, Internal Audit, and Governance teams to ensure policies align with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.

You will help conduct audits, maintain documentation, and deliver communications and training to promote awareness of compliance.
