BizLink elocab Ltd. (“BizLink Canada”), is located in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada, and provides custom designed cable solutions for the Industrial and Healthcare markets.

We have opening for a Human Resources Co-op Student for the January – April term. You will be required to work on-site at Kitchener location.

The Human Resources Co-op will gain exposure to a broad range of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, talent initiatives, compensation and special projects.

Hourly Wage - $21.00 per hour – 40 hour work week

Responsibilities:

- Support full cycle recruitment including: - Drafting and posting job advertisements across platforms. - Screening resumes and assisting with initial candidate prescreening. - Coordinating interviews - Maintaining accurate recruitment trackers and candidate records. - Updating job descriptions
- Assist with offer letter preparation and pre-employment documentation.
- Support onboarding to ensure a smooth new hire experience.
- Assist with HR reporting and recruitment metrics.
- Prepare standard employment letters and HR documentation.
- Assist with HRIS data compilation
- Ensure strict confidentiality and accuracy in all employee data handling.
- Assist with coordination of employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.




- Support culture-building and employee experience activities.
- Support HR audits and compliance reviews.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.
- Update internal policies and onboarding activities.

What We're Looking for:

- Must be a current student enrolled (Bachelor’s degree or diploma) in a Human Resources Management program
- Previous HR internship, co-op or work experience is an asset.
- Strong interest in recruitment and HR operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
