Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you will support key client groups within the Industrial Automation – Test division.

Your expertise will ensure successful workforce planning, recruitment, talent management, and employee relations. Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Digital, you'll align business goals with HR strategies. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide HR expertise to divisional leaders and teams
- Partner on hiring plans and onboarding processes
- Support performance management cycles and employee relations
- Collaborate on talent management and employee development
- Manage disability and complex benefits claims efficiently Requirements:
- 3-5 years HR experience in a similar capacity
- Knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, and compensation practices
- Robust communication and coaching skills
- Ability to manage sensitive HR issues effectively
