Life is actively seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join the Talent Management team in Kingston or York Mills. You will collaborate across various HR disciplines, helping to enhance the employee experience while driving successful talent programs and organizational objectives. The role provides exposure to employee relations, compensation, and organizational development, working closely with leaders and experienced HR professionals. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide consultation and guidance on HR inquiries
- Support employee relations and complex case resolution




- Monitor and update HR policies and procedures
- Facilitate effective onboarding and offboarding
- Contribute to performance management and training programs Requirements:
- 3 years of HR experience with employee relations focus
- Undergraduate degree in Business or related field preferred
- CHRP designation in progress considered an asset
- Bilingualism in English and French is an asset
