We’re growing fast, and we need a leader who makes HVAC technicians better every single week. As our HVAC Field Performance Manager, you own the results of a team of 5–6 service technicians, from the moment a call is booked to the moment the invoice is closed. You coach in the field, protect the customer experience, and drive the numbers.

This role is not for everyone. Every number reflects your leadership: revenue, margin, recalls and reviews.

What you’ll do

- Lead and develop a team of 5–6 HVAC service technicians: weekly ride-alongs, in-person coaching, and a clear path for every tech to level up.
- Own the customer experience. Complaints are answered within 1 hour, and you go on site in person when a job needs it.
- Drive dispatch decisions: the right tech on the right job, every time.
- Get involved on high-value and stalled calls, and follow up every open estimate quickly.
- Coach a modern sales process: every option presented top-down, financing and membership on every call, no pressure, no pre-judging the customer’s budget.
- Protect margin with clear pricing authority and the discipline to hold the line.
- Hit monthly targets on team revenue, close rate and membership conversion,



with a team you built.

What you bring

- 3+ years in residential HVAC service.
- Proven experience leading and coaching field technicians.
- Strong service sales skills: multi-option proposals and confident closing.
- ServiceTitan experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s licence and a clean abstract.
- You hold yourself to a standard when nobody’s watching, and you expect the same from your team.

What we offer

- $80,000–$100,000 base salary, based on experience.
- A monthly performance bonus of up to $51,000 a year, paid when the team and the company hit their targets. That puts total earnings at up to $131,000–$151,000.
