Required Skills & Experience

- Mechanical engineering background, ideally with experience supporting industrial, manufacturing, or plant environments.
- Experience managing building utilities and infrastructure projects, including maintenance and project execution.
- Solid HVAC systems experience, specifically with temperature and humidity control in production or process environments.
- Experience with HVAC controls systems and the ability to work with technical teams on control-related requirements.
- Experience with power generation or utility systems within an industrial or facilities environment.
- Strong project management skills,



including scope definition, documentation, risk tracking, cost awareness, schedule management, and stakeholder communication.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to ask the right questions, clarify scope, manage expectations, and avoid missed requirements.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including internal engineering groups, plant stakeholders, construction contractors, purchasing, and external partners.
- Comfortable working onsite in Bridgewater 5 days/week
