The role supports leaders, guides people management strategies, and ensures alignment between objectives and HR programs. The ideal candidate has solid HR generalist experience, solid judgment, and knowledge of employment legislation, with potential travel to Waterloo as needed. This is a full‑time position based in Barrie, ON.
