? WE'RE HIRING: IAM Controls Testing Analyst

? Location: Canada – Remote Role

? Duration: 2+ Months with Possible extension

Key Responsibilities

- Perform testing of control implementation and operating effectiveness, with a primary focus on IAM controls.
- Review control documentation, processes, supporting evidence, and testing results.
- Execute assigned control tests and document findings in accordance with established assurance/testing methodology.
- Liaise with client stakeholders to obtain information, evidence, and clarification required to complete testing.
- Review testing outputs to ensure completeness, accuracy, consistency, and appropriate supporting evidence.
- Identify control gaps, exceptions, and areas requiring additional investigation.
- Support issue clarification and remediation discussions with relevant stakeholders.
- Work closely with the broader assurance team to ensure testing is completed within established timelines.





Required Qualifications

- Strong experience in controls testing, risk assurance, internal audit, IT audit, or technology risk.
- Hands-on experience assessing control implementation and operating effectiveness.
- Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) controls, including areas such as user access management, privileged access, access reviews, authentication, and related security controls.
- Strong understanding of control testing methodologies, evidence assessment, and documentation.
- Previous experience working within an assurance, audit, risk, or controls workplace.
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple testing activities against deadlines
