Independent Sales Contractor – Commercial Cleaning

Compensation: $1,000 monthly retainer + performance bonuses

KEDA CLEANING INC. is looking for a motivated and professional Sales Contractor to help grow our commercial cleaning business, with a primary focus on dental and medical offices.

What You’ll Do

- Find and contact potential dental and medical office clients
- Make outbound calls and send introductory emails
- Visit prospective clients when appropriate
- Build relationships with office managers and decision-makers
- Follow up on leads and cleaning proposals
- Help turn qualified prospects into new recurring cleaning contracts
- Maintain a easy record of leads, follow-ups, and results

Compensation & Earning Potential

- $1,000 monthly retainer
- Standard one-time bonus of up to $150 for each new client successfully acquired:
- $100 after the new client’s first invoice has been paid
- Additional $50 after the client has remained with KEDA for 3 months
- Higher bonuses available for larger or higher-value contracts
- Exceptional accounts may qualify for an additional performance bonus based on the size and value of the contract
- Target:



approximately 3–4 new accounts per month
- Strong performers will have the opportunity to increase their earning potential as they bring in larger and more profitable accounts

Who We’re Looking For

- Experience in sales, business development, or B2B prospecting is preferred
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Comfortable speaking with business owners, dentists, office managers, and other decision-makers
- Self-motivated and organized
- Familiarity with the dental, medical, janitorial, or commercial cleaning industries is an asset
- Able to work independently and focus on measurable results
