We are currently hiring Industrial Butchers (Level 1–3) to join a fast-paced, growing operation. Whether you are experienced or looking to build your skills, this role offers hands-on work and opportunity to grow.

Key Responsibilities

- Cut, trim, debone, and prepare meat to production standards
- Operate equipment such as band saws, grinders, and slicers safely
- Maintain product quality, portioning, and consistency
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards (HACCP, CFIA)
- Work as part of a team to meet production targets

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in meat cutting and deboning (level dependent)
- Knowledge of meat cuts and processing techniques
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding setting
- Team player with a positive attitude
